at their annual Career event in September. We offer free career coaching and workshop events and attend tradeshows across

More effective recruitment process

Recent research has shown that applicants who apply via traditional recruitment suppliers in the UK, often does not receive

any information about the employer until after the CV has been submitted to the employer. This is because the consultants

do not want the applicant to contact the employer directly in case they lose out on a commission deal. On the other hand

applicants often find it difficult to get in contact with local employers or to stay up to date with the local vacancies available to

them.

Our site provides applicants with detailed information about the employers. We then provide the applicant with the contact

details of the person she can contact at the hospital/ unit if she wants to discuss the position or follow up on her application.

Our career consultants handle direct enquiries and respond to applicants who do not meet your vacancy specifications.

We verify each applicant against the vacancy criteria and submit their applications either via a direct link with your website or

forwarding the CV to your HR team.

The postal code/map search facility enables them to find private healthcare organisations close to where they live and to

keep them up to date with current vacancies.

Applicants can register their interest to work for a specific employer and receive automated alerts when a position becomes

available.

Admin Employers are required to upload vacancies and

remove vacancies.

We do the admin for you. Your accounts manager will contact

you every 10 days to update your vacancies on our site or

alternatively copy the vacancies directly via your own website.

Cost Competitor prices ranges from £99 per vacancy positing

for a week to £550 per month on annual subscription

deals.

Annual subscription £135 and our vacancy postings average

from £15 to £25 per vacancy; advertised until the job is filled.

Process Most job boards do not verify applications which can

lead a large volume of inappropriate applications for HR

to deal with.

All applicants will be verified before they either click through

to your website or forwarded to your HR manager.

Niche We have found that Healthcare professionals who

register on a general job board are often seeking

An annual subscription is quoted on your average number of

vacancies and calculates to less than £25/ vacancy posting.

Annual subscriptions are payable on a monthly basis.
