For over 25 years the term ‘multicultural’ had identified the
Multicultural Affairs Congress.
In 2013 we commissioned research to define broader diverse target markets
opportunities as a result the division is now branded ‘PHLDiversity’.
PHLDiversity understands, to be a leader not only in our industry but also across all businesses, we must go beyond
simply accepting "equal opportunity“; we must value and embrace diversity as
a strategic competitive advantage.
Diversity is a business imperative that will help achieve business results.

Demographics of the DNC
According to a 2012 Gallup Poll, the Democratic Party is the most ethnically diverse party as 4 in 10 Democrats are something other than non-Hispanic white.
Diversity for the Convention
Diversity and inclusion are important values to the Philadelphia 2016 Host Committee of the Democratic National Convention (PHL DNC 2016). The PHL DNC 2016 is committed to diversity in the vendors and contractors we use, and we encourage diverse business owners—including those owned by minorities, women, veterans, and members of the LGBT and disabled communities—to register for contract consideration.
