About Phoenix GroupThe group initiated its operations by the trade name S M Cargo Services in the year 2001 under the leadership of the vibrant & grass root logistician with the objective of providing personalized logistics services to all its clients.

In the year 2006, Phoenix Air Express Pvt. Ltd. was founded to act as the GSA for Kingfisher Airlines and further had obtained the GSAs of Blue Dart, Spice Jet, Go Air, Air Costa, Air Vistara, Air Asia & Jet Airways.

In the year 2013, Phoenix Express Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated with the objective of providing its customers the consolidated and single window domestic logistics services by Air, Rail & Road and consolidated all the businesses under the flagship of Phoenix Express Pvt. Ltd.

Over the years, the focus has been on providing the end to end domestic logistics solutions through air, rail and road to the Telecommunications, Online Shopping, Readymade Garments, Fabric, Auto Parts, Pharmaceuticals, Perishables and other varied industries.

Phoenix continues to grow and prosper in all its fields and this was made possible by sound leadership and dedicated young blood yet experienced team.

Intimation of shipments from client to Phoenix, Phoenix coordinates with CHA / plant for the time & quantity of clearance, Phoenix picks up the material from the import bay/ plant’s dispatch bay, Phoenix brings the shipment to the hub, Phoenix in-scans the shipments at the mother hub, Phoenix does the primary logistics as per the client’s directions of mode of transport, Phoenix deliveries the goods at its state warehouses, Phoenix in-scans the shipments at the state warehouses, Phoenix delivers the shipments to the end point of delivery Phoenix communicates MIS to the client at every stage of supply chain.
