Catering A Fresco offers a variety of packages and a la carte services prepared in our state of the art on-site kitchen. Its sprung maple wood floor and angled maple paneling give it a spacious, airy ambiance. Located on the third floor of Overture Center, it has its own private “Juliet balcony” overlooking Overture Hall Main Lobby. Pair with Upper Lobby or Promenade Lounge for a cocktail hour which provides dramatic views of the State Capitol.

Located on the second level, Promenade Hall is an elegant and versatile space. Its sprung Brazilian cherry wood floor, English sycamore walls, and customizable lighting options make it the perfect space for dinner and dancing. The adjoining Promenade Terrace is a wonderful location for cocktail hour with a built in bar and lounge seating.

Additional services and equipment available at prevailing published rates.

Rates include tables, chairs, basic lighting, wireless microphone, iPod connection to house sound system, basic cleaning, and onsite event manager.

There is no food or beverage minimum, except in the Overture Hall Main Lobby on non-audience theater use dates.

Wedding ceremonies are possible, but must end by 3:30pm. There is an additional fee of $1000 and includes a dedicated event manager, and rehearsal the day prior in an available space. Quiet and privacy cannot be guaranteed in the open lobby spaces.
