Import Your Pictures

You can import up to 300 pictures. This is a good place to edit your pictures if you need

to. You can crop, rotate, etc. your pictures here. *Remember to go ahead and save your project now!

To do this click Save Project in the bottom left hand corner.

This is also a good place to organize your pictures in the order that you would like them in your slideshow. If you have a lot of pictures, it is easier to organize your pictures before importing them.

To Narrate Your Story:

Click on the picture you would like to narrate. Click on the red circle button to record. Click

on the square to stop the recording. Do this for each slide that you would like to

narrate. It is helpful to use a headset when recording

to block out outside noises.

To Add Background Music

Your music must be in a m4a format. It is helpful to put all of your music in a folder first so that it is

easier to pull from. Click on the picture from which you would like the music to

start. You can then click on another picture from which to start another song.

You can click Preview to listen to the music so that you can time the songs accordingly.

*Don’t forget to save your project again! This is a good time to preview your whole slideshow to make

sure that it looks exactly like you want it to look.

Saving Your Story

•Rename your file.

•Choose where you would like to save the file.

•I recommend saving the story for playback on the computer.

•I haven’t had good luck e-mailing the file as it turns out blurry. In my classroom, I typically post the slideshow to my classroom web page. You can also burn the slideshow onto a CD-R or a DVD
