How does this industry relate to other creative media industries

This industry relates to other media industries such as film, television and advertising and marketing.

It relates to film because all films need planning shots of locations and costumes they will be using. Also film posters for promotional use which helps the film industry create and promote their films.

Television uses this industry for images of subjects shown in news or documentaries to give the audience more detail. This is also used for tv commercial breaks of images of products being advertised.

Advertising and marketing uses photography and photo imaging to make it easier to promote products by capturing images to advertise to the public/ audience to make their promotional methods more effective, this works because customers can see the products for themselves and becomes more convincing.
