Direct EmulsionsLX-630 Dual CureA diazo sensitized, durable, high quality, dual cure emulsion with excellent resistance to most ink systems. Suitable for all general purpose, graphicand industrial applications. Its latitude, resolution and edge definition are excellent, which makes it ideal for fine line and half tone printing. Very durable and fast drying for good pro-ductivity. LX-630 is blue in color and is supplied with a diazo sensitize in powder form. Fine line & half tone printing.

QTXQTX is a presensitized, ready-to-use, ultra-fast-exposing SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion for imprinted sportswear printing with plastisol and water based textile ink.

569569 provide high solids content for stencils with superb resolution and excellent edge definition, especially for fine details and halftones. All 569 emulsions exhibit complete solvent resistance and, thus afford easy stencil removal.

FX88Fast exposing FX88 produces tough stencils with good resolution, edge definition, and solvent resistance. It is ideal for low intensity sources.

925WRStencils produced with 925WR are water resistant and very durable. This pale violet emulsion offers high solids content and very good resolution, edge definition and expo-sure latitude. 925WR comes with a syrup diazo sensitize, for faster and surer mixing. Recommended for sportswear, T-shirt and textile printing.

TZUlano’s blue TZ emulsions are formulated for use with water based inks, water dyes, and plastisol. TZ produces stencils with excellent mechanical resistance, good resolu-tion and edge definition, and superb water resistance.

TLX Dual CareTLX is a multi-purpose, fast exposing diazo photopolymer emulsion with excellent edge definition and resolution. TLX’s very high solids content provides better stencil build per coat, excellent bridging of coarse mesh, and faster drying.

The CDF system offers a series of presensitize photographic stencil films. CDF Direct Films is adhered to screens stillwet from the degrasing rinse. Fabric wetness softens the films emulsion, which is attract-ed (by capillary action) up into the mesh structure. A single squeegee stroke skims off excess water. After drying the polyester backing is removed and the screen is ready for exposure & washout with plain water. Great for shirts using Plastisol inks.
