Rules & RegulationsSubmission of work:1. Maximum 4 photos per participant.2. Max 2 photos of any 2 colour theme. 3. There will be no thematic limitations to the subject matter of any entries.4. Selective colouring and tints are prohibited.5. Photographs must be non-edited and without watermarks.6. Photographs must be in digital format. Entries only through CD will be eligible.7. The CD must be with the entrants’ name, phone numbers and email IDs.8. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry to this Contest. 9. All digital files must be in JPEG format and must have a minimum resolution of 300

dpi.10. Each participant has to pay an entry fee of Rs.150 (cash) at the time of submission

of work for the competition. 11. Fee remains the same for minimum & maximum entries.

Selection of work:1. Only entries which have met the Format and Submission criteria outlined

above will be eligible for judging.2. All submissions will be judged for selection by the panel.3. The panel’s selection decision is final and binding.4. Only works selected for display by the panel will be shown in the exhibition.5. Selection will be strictly on the basis of merit and not on

participation.6. Panel does not assure selection of entries of all participants.Sales:

1. All work in the exhibition will be offered for sale at the discretion of the individual photographer.

2. 4d photographers’ club will take a commission of 10% on the selling price of any work sold during the exhibition.

3. Price of the work will be decided by the panel.4. Any payments in regard of sales will be made to the photographer within 4

weeks after the end of the exhibition.Copyrights:

1. “RGB” is an individual event. The submitted work must be original which should not contain, incorporate or otherwise use any content, material or element that is owned by a third party or entity.

2. By signing the official entry form and/or submitting an image electronically, you are stating that you are the owner and the copyright holder of the image submitted.

3. By signing the entry form and/or submitting an image electronically, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of contest judges, whose decisions are final.

4. The organizing Committee reserves the right to change the venue, time and rules, if desired.

5. All entries, once submitted electronically become the property of 4d photographers’ club.

6. In case of dispute the final decision will rests with the 4d photographers’ club.
