Original  Image  

Open  Your  File  in  Photoshop  

  Choose  one  of  your  images  from  the  reflection,  transparency,  mirror  image  project  and  open  it  in  Photoshop.  

  Press  Command  J  to  copy  your  layer.  

With  the  top  layer  selected  go  to  Edit  >  Transform  >  Flip  Horizontal  

Select  multiply  from  the  blending  modes  drop  down  menu.  

You  should  now  see  a  line  of  symmetry  running  down  the  center  of  your  image  

vertically.  

With  the  top  layer  selected  press  Command  E  to  merge  your  layers.  

Press  Command  J  to  duplicate  the  layer  you  just  merged.  

With  the  top  layer  selected  go  to  Edit  >  Transform  >  Flip  Vertical  

Select  screen  from  the  blending  modes  drop  down  menu.  

Final  Results  

Save  your  file  as:  

lastname_firstname_mirror_tutorial.jpg  Upload  your  final  image  to  the  class  Dropbox.  

You  are  finished!
