Keep on at – means worry; harass with suggestions/requests or complaints; continue to employ My daughter kept on at me to take her to water park. Don’t keep on at me about supporting you as school captain. I am thinking of keeping you on at service till I get suitable candidate.

Keeping out of – means avoid something; prevent somebody or something entering a place. It seems Rahul is helpless of keeping out of trouble. We wear sun glasses to keep the sun out of our eyes. Keep out of what does not concern you.
