Connect to care with a unique coaching experienceQuest Diagnostics has partnered with PWNHealth to offer a telephonic coaching experience. With physician coaching, screening participants can complete a one-time, telephonic session with a board-certified physician. During the session, the participant can ask questions about their screening results, as well as seek personalized guidance on nutrition, fitness, and other lifestyle changes.
If health plan information is provided, physicians can also suggest follow-up care at an in-network provider based on the coaching session. An additional option is available that allows a PWNHealth Care Coordinator to schedule the appointment with that in-network provider on behalf of the participant.
Telephonic physician coaching connects participants directly to a physician for personalized education and resources to help improve health literacy and empower better health.
