You should now have a list of folders on the left hand side with your photos inside. The number in brackets to the right of each folder lets you know how many pictures are inside.

Click on the appropriate folder name and double click the picture you want to edit

In the Basic Fixes tab most (if not all) of the options you will need will be there

Below is a description of the main features of Picasa3

Crop: This will allow you to highlight the picture and remove any unwanted portion of the image then click apply.

Straighten: Move the tab left or right to rotate the pictureThen click apply

Red Eye: Highlight the area where the red eye occurs. This uses the same method as crop, then click apply

I’m Feeling lucky: Automatically fixes the picture to rectify lighting contrast and colour.

When you have finished with that image clickBack To Library (top left) and click apply to any changes you have made

To undo any changes click the Undo button on the Bottom left of Basic Fixes

After you have finished click File then Save to keep the changes you have made

Finally click OK on the pop up
