FOREWORD BY ROSS DUKE A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL AND LET’S HOPE IT WILL BE A HEALTHY AND EXCITINGYEAR AS WELL!

Firstly, thank you all most sincerely for your delightful notes, faxes and telephone calls congratulating me on 45years of importing fine French wine. It became quite an emotional experience but ever so gratifying. Well, 2015 is underway and I am sure we trust the economy picks up around Australia as 2014 was certainly atough year for all businesses. We are starting the new year with our regular ‘Pick and Mix’ offer which is alwaysextremely popular. I think this year it will be one of our very best as we are releasing quite a number of wines thatwe have cellared for some time. On top of this we have stocks that were received very late last year to add furtherrange and selection for you all to choose from. The one major advantage is the exchange rate that was used topurchase all of the wines as the current rate is around 15-20% weaker meaning higher prices for any incomingshipments. I hope this situation changes very soon as it will have a significant affect on new shipments. Here’shoping!!! We trust you will enjoy this catalogue as there is a broad range of wine styles from all the major regions of Francebut be quick as all wines are limited in stock with some very low in quantity. As always we are available to discuss any wine/s and to receive any questions you may have. The gun is off and we know you will enjoy this varied romp through the vineyards of 'La Belle France'. Cheers to you all, Ross, Bev, Sarah, Eve, Vic and Ian.

ALSACE

Charles Baur 2012 Riesling 'Eichberg' Grand Cru (Code: 2461) $42.55The soil in 'Eichberg' is composed of clay and it’s subsoil is rich in sandstone, limestone and silica. The winesproduced from the Grand Cru are distinguished by their remarkable aromatic complexity. There is always a littlenatural sugar retained although the overall acidity balances this marvellous wine and combines to produce aRiesling rich and beautifully balanced.

Charles Baur 2012 Gewurtztraminer 'Pfersigberg' (Code: 2463) $ 31.00Here we have aromas of rose, lychee and candied fruit. There is a little natural sugar retained and the wine isgenerously round on the palate. Delightful as an aperitif or with foie gras, spicy foods and even deserts.

CHAMPAGNEMontagne de Reims

Francis Boulard 'Les Murgiers' NV Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut (Code: T3494) $69.4070% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, with reserve wines aged in oak barrels. 2009 and older reserve wines from2007 and 2008 – all great years in the Champagne region. This is a new cuvée for Francis and it certainly showshis attention to detail. Super fine mousse, lovely aromas of white fruits with red fruits and spice on the palate.Dosage is just on extra-brut at 5g/litre. Great purity and length with the subtle oak integration adding nicecomplexity. This cuvée gets better and better each year. The super fine mousse and finesse are hallmarks of thisexceptional wine.

Henriet-Bazin Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut (Code: T4229) $75.00100% Pinot Noir from 2009 and reserve wines from 2008 and 2007 from the great black grapevillages of Verzenay and Verzy. Average vine age here is 26 years with a low dosage of 8g/litre. Colour isa pale bronze with a shimmering fine mousse, nose is classically terroir – red fruits, minerals andgunpowder. Palate continues the aromas along with hints of brioche. On the palates this is very vinousand quite powerful. A classic and rare Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs from arguably the most importantand famous of all the villages in the Montagne de Reims. This really does have hints of Bollinger andKrug about it. Perfect with roast spatchcock, duck, veal or pigeon. Would work great with grilled tuna.

Eric Rodez NV Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru (Code: 3541) $85.10100% Pinot Noir, from five different vintages, 50% of which is from the spectacular 2008 vintage and then olderreserve wines back to 2003. 70% of the final blend has been matured in small barriques with no malolacticfermentation. Very different to the Cuveé Crayeres. Citrus, toast, red fruits and spices are in abundance here –along with hints of candied fruits. Long and unctuous, a very special and rare Blanc de Noir. A triumph of winemaking, and a bench mark of Ambonnay terroir. One of the outstanding features of Eric's wines is themeticulous care he takes in looking after his reserve wines – and also the depth of age of his reserve wines. Dosageis now down to 4g/litre. Stunning.

3

Eric Rodez 'Cuvée des Crayeres' Grand Cru (Code: 3530) $74.00A blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir, from 50% 2009 and many older reserve wines. 25% ismatured in small oak and 80% undergoes malo-lactic fermentation. A feature of Eric's wines is the intense, minute persistent mousse. Always gently foaming with a tiny bead. Chalk and white flowers on the nose, lovelycitrus and red fruits on the long palate. Powerful and complex but still light on its feet – this is a wonderfulintroduction to the Rodez style. Dosage is a low 5g/litre.

Vallée de la MarneTarlant NV Zero Brut Nature (Code: T3535) $69.50Blend of 1/3 each of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, from 2007 and reserve wines with no addeddosage. An intense aromatic style, with hints of grapefruit, minerals, smoke and real purity. There is honey andbrioche on a very very long palate. Very approachable and just so perfectly balanced. The mousse is ultra-fine andpersistent. Has amazing richness with weight and complexity and in a masked line up it is difficult to detect thatthis is a Brut Zero. Extended lees aging nearly five years, is a feature of this wine giving it creaminess androundness. Five years on lees is unheard of for a non vintage base cuvée! Critics agree that this is the ‘benchmark’Brut Zero. This single cuvée makes up more than 75% of the total Tarlant production – massively popular!Regularly acclaimed as being a perfect food match and features in many Michelin starred restaurants. LIMITED

Tarlant Cuvée Louis (Code: T4127) $110.00Blend of 1999 + 1998-1997, 1996 from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noirfrom a single vineyard "Les Crayons" in Oeuilly Soil is chalk and 60 year old vines.Vinified and fermented in barrel with regular stirring of the lees. Bottled in May ofeach year. Dosage is 3g/litre – Extra-Brut. The richness and intensity of the oldvines is a major feature in this special wine. The colour is a golden yellow, finesubtle mousse. The nose reveals oak, dried fruits and citrus. The palate is rich andcomplex, with hints of honey and real length. An amazing special occasion winerequiring some great food to accompany it.

Marc Hebrart Cuvée Reserve 1er Cru (Code: 3534) $59.0077% Pinot Noir from Mareuil-sur-Ay, Avenay Val d’Or and Bisseuil and 23% Chardonnay from Mareuil. Ablend of 2011 and older reserve wines from 2010 and 2009 - all from vineyards with an average age of 25 years.Dosage 8g/litre. The style here is for purity, freshness and elegance. There are delightful piercing citrus and floralovertones – with just a hint of hazelnut and strawberries. The palate is perfectly balanced with a super intensemousse, cleansing acid on the long palate. An excellent aperitif-food style. Drinks way above its very humbleprice. Typical of the pure elegant terroir of Mareuil-sur-Ay and a long time favourite. LIMITED

Gaston Chiquet 2004 Millésime (Code: 3808) $73.6060% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with a dosage of 8g/litre from thevillages of Hautvillers, Dizy and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Lovely red fruits, with justa hint of floral and toast. With more than six years on lees we have lovelymaturity and weight. 2004 is a classic vintage.

4

Vinified and fermented in barrel with regular stirring of the lees. Bottled in May of

Benard-Pitois Brut Reserve 1er Cru (Code: 3529) $52.90Blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Mareuil-sur-Ay and Mutigny from2010 and older reserve wines. The Chardonnay has been vinified in oak barriques. Has some very elegant smoke, spice and richness with nice acid and pin point mousse. A very complex style with hints of apricot, dried fruits, brioche. Laurent Benard allows the subtle micro-oxygenation of the oak to impart a hint of brioche and smoke.Lovely structure with great red fruit intensity and weight. Dosage 8g/litre.

Côte des Blancs (Hills of white)Le Brun-Servenay World Cup Limited Edition Cuvée Reserve Brut (Code:2441) $65.00A 'Limited Edition' Cuvée from our well known grower Le Brun-Servenay in Avize. Tocommemorate the 2014 World Cup...Fresh and lively with excellent acidity and a mineral finish. An adaptable style all in perfect harmony. Wonderful as an apéritif or special occasion. A dosage of 7.5 grams per litre.

Le Brun-Servenay Rosé NV (Code: 2166) $57.50Rosés from the Cote des Blancs can often be a little light and just ‘simply coloured Chardonnay’, buthere we have a wine with some substance and real texture. 86% Grand Cru Chardonnay (same blendas their Brut Selection) from Avize and surrounding villages with the red wine component of 14%being oak vinified Pinot Noir / Pinot Meunier. Again no malo-lactic fermentation and a dosage of8g/litre. Toasty and spicy from the Avize fruit and a hint of smoke from the oak matured red wine. Aclassic and a bargain.

Lilbert-Fils Cuvée Perle Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru (Code: 3621) $75.90A blend of 30% 2010, 45% 2009 and 25% 2008. 60% Cramant, 30% Chouilly and 10% Oiry – all Grand Cruwith a tiny dosage of 5g/litre. The vineyard mix here is similar to the Brut but from a stricter selection of oldervines with an older reserve wine component – in this case the sensational 2008. Bottled at a lower pressure – 4bars instead of 6 – adding a wonderful creamy complexity and palate staining quality to the long persistent finish.Tight minerality, citrus zest, creamy and fresh – this is the Lilbert style and we see it revealed and exposed.

J.L Vergnon Cuvée Expression 2006 Grand Cru Extra Brut (Code: 3817) $82.80This is a new cuveé from Christophe and replaces the 'Resonance' which has sold out and always sells outquickly. Old vines here from a different blend of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. With 2006 we see citrus andchalk with a racy saline backbone. Precise and pure, long and palate staining – this is what great 'blanc de blancs'Champagne is all about! Dosage 3g/litre and no malo-lactic. Disgorged by hand.

Claude Cazals Millésime 2008 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru (Code: 2537) $67.80Mineral, chalk and spice - lovely elegance and purity. A typical robust andvinous style of the grower. A great 2008 Blanc de Blancs which will improveover the next two years in the cellar. Dosage 8g/litre. Excellent value!

Claude Cazals Carte Or Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru (Code: 2536) $56.80 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from a blend of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger andOger. From 2009 and 2008 vintages. Toasty and round with some exoticfruits - ripe richer style and an easily approachable wine to drink now with very little time for cellaring. Again, adosage of 8g/litre.

5

J.M Sélèque Cuvée Speciale (Code: 3778) $58.6560% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir blend from Pierry, Dizy and Vertus. 60% from the great2008 vintage with 40% older reserve wines. With three years on lees – this cuvée reveals lovely toasty and smokyaromas – with hints of citrus – all tightly wound by the mineral Chardonnay overtones. Mousse is fine andpersistent; dosage is a low 7g/litre. Approachable now and can be used as an aperitif or with food.

Sud Epernay (South of Epernay)Jacques Lassaigne 'Les Vignes de Montgueux' Blanc de Blancs (Code: T5726) $74.20This is an assemblage of 9 different old vine Chardonnay parcels fromMontgueux. Now from a blend of three vintages, 2009, 2010 and2011. All of Emmanuel's wines are now 'Extra Brut' with no dosage. He has achieved perfect maturity and ripeness across his vineyardparcels and no longer needs any dosage – all of his wines go throughthe malo-lactic fermentation and hence have a natural level ofroundness. The Montgueux style is tropical and mineral, with salinity, chalk and acidity all in perfect balance. The mousse is pin-point andthe palate is long, persistent and precise. Long and savoury with acleansing freshness minerality that is a hallmark of the Lassaigne style. Emmanuel uses no sulphur in the winemaking process apart from an initial small amount and press time on the newly picked grapes.

Jacques Lassaigne Millésime 2006 Blanc de Blancs (Code: 2541) $141.20100% Chardonnay fruit - A blend of Le Cotet, La Grande Cote and Les Paluets. A vibrant gold colour. Fruitynose and immediate flavour of grapefruit, apple and pear. Very fine bubbles with precise balance, crisp acidityand lovely long flavour. An exceptional wine from a first-class vintage!

Coteaux ChampenoisRoger Pouillon 2004 ‘Vieilles Vignes’ Mareuil Rouge 1er Cru (Code: 3688) $36.00A rare offering! In the great vintages, Frabrice produces a still red wine from a very old perfectly positionedvineyard. He only makes 1,000 bottles and only in the very best years. A vibrant ruby red colour is a positivestart. The bouquet is quite floral and fragrant. The taste is immediate but the palate is multi layered with juicyred berry fruits, strawberry and cherry dominating. This has length, weight and suppleness without any green, herbal notes that characterise Bouzy Rouge or most Coteaux Reds. What a stylish example of Pinot Noir. Just toclarify any confusion about the ‘Coteaux Champenois’ This has NO bubbles – it is a flat, still red wine.

BURGUNDYChablis

Millet 2011 Chablis 'Vaucoupin' 1er Cru (Code: 3796) $49.20Green/gold colour with a prominent earthy/mineral nose which follows faithfully onto the palate. There is also arichness of honey and grapefruit - very crisp acidity and lovely balance. Top quality Chablis!

Jean Collet et Fils 2010 Chablis 'Montée de Tonnerre' 1er Cru (Code: 3795) $44.85Engaging green edged colour is a great start. The nose is minerally and earthy. This follows faithfully onto thepalate and stamps itself as an authentic and fabulous Chablis. The flavour is minerally and flinty with grapefruitand lemon notes and the palate is very, very long. You will all love this outstanding Premier Cru.

RED BURGUNDYCôte de Nuits

Pierre Amiot 2011 'Clos de la Roche' Grand Cru (Code: 2423) $155.25Very deep colour which confirms ripe and powerful fruit. Check out the structure ofthe wine which is persistent and very long. This just needs time and will emerge as anoutstanding red Burgundy from one of the best Grand Cru sites on the Cote d’Or.

Pierre Amiot 2011 Gevrey-Chambertin 'Les Combottes' 1er Cru (Code: 2422) $104.65Nestled between so many Grand Crus so why is ‘Les Combottes’ a Premier Cru? Well try this wine and join in onthe discussion. This is certainly Grand Cru quality with a sparkling deep red colour to begin with then theraspberry/cherry fruit takes over. Sublime length and fine balance that lingers and lingers. Outstanding!

Lambrays 2011 Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru 375ml (Code: 2420) $138.00 Deeper and more intense colour with more purple than ruby. Such intensity on the palate which lingers on andon after swallowing this outstanding wine. I cannot remember tasting this Grand Cru out of barrel that showedsuch impact on the palate. This is a classic from this famous Domaine. A knockout of greatproportions.

Desaunay-Bissey 2007 Nuits-St-Georges 'Les Belles Croix' V.V. (Code: 5983) $51.00This was a little rustic when it originally arrived but it has lost that style and filled out more into aluscious and rich wine. It is now silky and with excellent length. Beautiful right now!

7

Thibault Liger-Belair 2011 'Les Grands Chaillots' (Code: 2407) $44.00Deep, vibrant ruby-red colour. Plenty of tannin on the palate but quite closed. This will be a forceful Pinotof great length but will need time in the bottle to fill out the massive fruit character. Impressive and such valuefor money!

Thibault Liger-Belair 2011 Nuits-St-Georges 'La Charmotte' (Code: 2409) $96.60Mid-ruby colour with a slight floral nose. Excellent impact of ripe fruit with good length and fine balance. Thisvineyard is located on the Vosne-Romanée side of Nuits-St-Georges and lies on 30 centimetres of clayand limestone soil. Thibault used 20% whole clusters in the fermentation which imparted deeper colour andtannin. Excellent style.

Thibault Liger-Belair 2011 'Charmes Chambertin' Grand Cru (Code: 2416) $241.50Now this is quite complex as Thibault has used a range of old and young barrels. In fact the old boys come fromtrees that are 200 years old. Also, the range of barrels come from different regions of France as well. There is onlya light toast to the wine to allow the fruit to express itself. This is quite a complex wine and nothing like any‘Charmes’ I have tasted in the past. A stunning result from start to finish. Incredible! LIMITED

Thibault Liger-Belair 2011 'Clos Vougeot' Grand Cru (Code: 2415) $241.50Concentrated palate with a delightful mocca, coffee edge. A big style of Pinot that lingers on and on afterswallowing. Impressive and captivating. LIMITED

Jean Tardy 2006 Nuits-St-Georges 'Les Boudots' 1er Cru (Code: 7151) $99.00Old Jean Tardy always regarded this wine as his best wine even ahead of Échezeaux and Clos Vougeot. I am notgoing to argue as it is a fabulous wine by any measure. It has exquisite balance but a power and sweetness of fruitone rarely sees. It is more Vosne-Romanée than Nuits. This is a sublime Burgundy of the finest order and wellabove it’s appellation. Stunning from start to finish.

Jean Tardy 2009 Nuits-St-Georges 'Aux Bas de Combes' 1er Cru (Code: 2253) $68.00Always a very fine style of Pinot with strong raspberry/strawberry fruit with no trace of that ‘Nuits-St-Georges' earthiness. This is rounding out beautifully and ideal for drinking right now.

Côte de BeauneJean-Claude Bachelet 2011 Saint-Aubin 'Derriere la Tour' 1er Cru (Code: 2396) $48.00Deep ruby colour. Just beginning to open up in flavour but requires cellaring for another 5 years. A solid style of wine but very impressive.

Jean-Claude Bachelet 2011 Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge 'Vieilles Vignes' (Code: 2397) $52.90Darkest colour of all the reds which is contributed with 45 year old vines. Rich ripe and very long and silky.Super style of Pinot Noir.

Côte ChalonnaiseDe Suremain 2010 Mercurey 1er Cru 'Clos L'Evêque' (Code: 1807) $41.50Similar colour and depth as the village wine - bright, deep scarlet. The nose is more subdued for now.The palate is very well structured with body and tannin, suited for ageing. Nice weight and firmer onthe finish. Will be excellent in 5 to 8 years in the bottle.

8

WHITE BURGUNDYCôte de Beaune

Alain Chavy 2010 Puligny-Montrachet 'Les Charmes' Village – Blanc (Code: 3760) $61.00A similar colour to the Bourgogne. However this is richer and riper again with an earthy ‘terroir’ nose. Lessmineral depth but ever so attractive and drinkable for the shorter term.

Jean-Claude Bachelet 2011 Saint-Aubin 'Les Chomplots' 1er Cru (Code: 2385) $60.95Bright, crisp colour. The fruit is beginning to open up and express itself, nice hints of lemon and lime with goodminerality. Beautiful concentration that will need more time in the bottle of, say another 5 years. Great structure!

Antoine et Rachel Olivier 2011 Santenay 'Les Coteaux Sous La Roche'(Code:2480) $48.00The translation of this wine means ‘slopes under the rock’ which is an exactdescription of this vineyard. There is great minerality, balance and complexity but thiswill require time in the bottle of say another 10 years. Will be a classic.

Antoine et Rachel Olivier 2011 Santenay 1er Cru (Code: 2481) $63.30A light green colour greets the eye. The acid is lower in this wine but still crisp and lingering. The flavour isdominated with pear and apple fruit and more minerality on the finish. Lovely style and needs time in the bottle- up to 5 years.

MâconnaisJean Thevenet 2005 Vire-Clesse Cuvée Tradition Blanc (Code: 2370) $45.00Slight green tinge with a gold sheen. The ‘botrytis’ lights up the palate with crisp, balancing acidity and as such Iwould suggest cellaring for up to 10 more years. This inviting wine has a passion-fruit/apple fruit flavour, stunning length and a smooth, clean finish. LIMITED

BEAUJOLAISThibault Liger-Belair 2011 Moulin-a-Vent 'Les Vieilles Vignes' (Code: 2457) $43.70This cuvée comes from 7 parcels located in the middle of the hill on the coteau ofMoulin-à-Vent Hill. The vines are aged 65 to 85 years, planted on deep soils (30-35 cm) of blue and pink granite and sand. Therefore it produces some wines withmore density and minerality and a longer finish. This is a wine which can be agedbetween 5 and 10 years. Lovely silky texture with expressive powerful fruit. Thebest Cru in Beaujolais and this is an outstanding example!

BORDEAUXChateau La Gontrie 2013 Bordeaux Blanc (Code: 2538) $22.60

This is an interesting blend of 90% Sauvignon Gris (grey) and 10% Semillonfrom the south of Bordeaux. It is a crisp style of white without the strong spiceof Sauvignon Blanc and it is more rounder and soft. There is no oak employedas the wine relies on it’s ripe and attractive fruit. It is excellent with all types ofseafood and a thoroughly enjoyable wine suited to most palates.

RHONE VALLEYNorthern Rhone

Pradelle 2011 Crozes-Hermitage Rouge (Code: 3807) $29.35Dark Ruby in colour with a delightfully spicy red-fruit nose. The spiciness follows onto the palate where tanninsare found to be soft with a beautiful long and clean finish. The alcohol is low at 13% so no hot taste at all.Beautiful to drink right now but no problems with ageing over the next 10 years. A classic Shiraz!

Côte RotieSemaska Chateau de Montlys 2011 Cote Rotie (Code: 3806) $87.40This is really good stuff! Power, complexity and extremely long mouth feel. Christophe Semaska has his ownvineyards but also leases additional vines at Chateau de Montlys (only Chateau of Cote Rotie) over the last 36years. This outstanding wine is 100% Syrah (Shiraz) from the Cote Brune and 70% of the grapes are de-stemmedand the resulting wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels of which 50% are new oak. Consequently their CoteRotie is very powerful, concentrated and deep and dark in colour. The palate is equally powerful with spices, tannins, pepper, liquorice as well as being succulent and lingering. They scream out for patient bottle ageing upto 20 years+. Chateau de Montlys stands as one of the most outstanding Cote Rotie I have encountered!

Côtes du RhôneBoisson 2011 Cotes du Rhone Villages 'Cairanne' Rouge (Code: 3805) $28.7570% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre. Nice deep colour and a nose full of jasmineand iris – just so floral! This wine did not see any oak at all but is elegant and spicy withmild acidity and high concentration of fruit.

Bouletin & Fils 2010 Muscat Beaumes de Venise 375ml. (Code: 2357) $20.00This delightful dessert wine is made using the Muscat grape but the berries are quite small and concentrated witha low yield of 30 hectolitres/hectare. All harvesting is manual and fermentation is conducted at a low temperatureof 14°c in order to control the fermentation and stop with ferment at 110 grams of residual sugar per litre withthe alcohol at 15°c. The colour of this wine is a pale gold and has a minty and exotic fruit flavour of lychee, marmalade and spiciness. The wine lingers in the mouth for quite some time and is best served as an aperitif withRoquefort toast or with Foie Gras, which is a local speciality and is a superb compliment. Another suggestion isto accompany melon as a dessert. There is no cloying sugar with this wine style as it finishes crisp and clean.

Notre Dame des Pallieres 2010 Gigondas 'Bois des Mourres' Rouge (Code: 3802) $39.60Deep ruby colour with great clarity. A very stylish, elegant and silky textured palatefull of red berry fruits. Stylish with enormous length with 5-10% of ageing in oldoak barrels to round out the finish. Just so stylish and round.

10

Montmartel 2012 Cotes du Rhone – Blanc (Code: 3800) $19.50An equal blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Clairette. A very fresh and vibrantwhite that is clean and lightly spiced with lovely balancing acidity and ever so wellbalanced. Goodness the whites have improved enormously down in the Rhone.None of the low acid, flabby wines of yesterday just pure and precise. Bravo!

Chateauneuf du Pape Bosquet des Pape 2012 Chateauneuf du Pape - Blanc (Code: 3798) $57.50

I normally find white Chateauneuf du Pape to be boring and onedimensional so you can imagine my surprise to find one, at last, that isworthy of buying and presenting in Australia? A light green tinge in thecolour is a promising start followed by a light smokey nose. The palate islovely and fresh with a light grapefruit edge and balancing acidity. What adelicious and highly surprising white wine! LIMITED

Bosquet des Pape 2011 Chateauneuf de Pape Cuvée Traditionelle (Code: 3797) $59.80Nice deep ruby colour and soft fruity nose. The palate is so soft, round with mild tannins and great length. Theinfusion of red berry fruits is obvious but no hot taste at all just lovely length and complexity.

Bosquet des Pape 2011 Chateauneuf du Pape 'Chante le Merle' V.V. (Code: 3799) $87.40Deep ruby colour with immediate fruit impact. Yes, a bold attack with tannin and fruit which is so, so long. What a wine!!

Southern RhoneSaint Louis La Perdrix Costieres de Nimes 2011 Cuvée Verdict – Blanc (Code: 2350) $16.50Fresh green/light gold colour which is a good start! Spicy and aromatic nose with apple/pear like fruit opening upthe palate. The acid is surprisingly crisp with a gentle spiciness to boot. A very impressive Rhone white of a style not seen before. What value as well.
