We offer high quality yarns of recycled cotton, with a polyester blend, that respect environmental ethics. The most innovative technology is used in spinning the yarn, using cotton wastes and plastic bottles. Buttons, labeling and packaging are also made from recycled material.

A process involving the transfer of a print on a special paper, which under pressure and a certain temperature, impregnate the synthetic fabrics (high polyester content), resulting in a highly resistant all-over print and very comfortable to use.

• DIGITAL •This technic of printing allows for high definition images as an all-over print and which can be used on natural fibres like cotton. With no limit on creativity, the result is a soft touch, and extremely comfortable to use.

• QUALITY CONTROL • We have our own in-house laboratory that allows us to test each dye-lot (for shrinkage, twisting, colour against original), to ensure perfection of the final product.

• CUT • We are equipped with a LECTRA SYSTEM which includes CAD with an automatic cutting machine. This ensures precision high quality cut.

• DECORATION AND ACCESSORIES •

We can offer you a full service for embroidering , placement prints, transfer prints, all-over sublimation and all-over digital prints. Customized labeling, hangtags, back neck tapes, zip pullers, hang tags, single packing etc.
