Serious Infractions

Falsifying timesheets and breach of confidentiality are serious infractions. Students who commit such infractions of the employment policy are subject to judicial action at a college level and criminal prosecution by the

U.S. Department of Education.

Examples: Student fails to work their shift, but records the hours anyway. Student records hours on timesheet and does not work their

entire shift listed on timesheet. Student allows another student to work in their place, but still

counts those hours on their own timesheet.
