Founded in 1976, Piedmont Soccer Club (PSC) was established for the purpose of developing, promoting and administering the game of soccer among Piedmont youth. Our mission is to be the club of choice for youth athletes in the Piedmont community. Promoting exemplary sportsmanship and ethics, PSC will provide opportunities for every age and level to grow through the sport of soccer. PSC partners with 24-7 UK soccer academy and their full time professional coaches. Adding to our experienced staff each year to support the growth of the club and provide high level coaching to all our young players we are building one of the strongest coaching teams in the area. In the U9-U10 Phase we provide a fun environment for our young players to enjoy and learn the game. Players will be introduced to the key aspects of soccer broken down into four key pillars of technical, tactical, physical and psychosocial. While working with our players in the technical phases our key concept is to provide and fun and challenging environment where we can develop and grow our young players socially and athletically for the future. U9-U10 Program Structure

Piedmont SC will look to form at least two competitive teams at U9-U10 where it is felt there are the numbers and ability to play at the competitive level.

A third team may be formed if there is sufficient quality and commitment among the players attending the placement days.

The first team (Highlander's Purple) will have the top ranked players assigned to that team.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Spring/Summer/Fall Training from top-level professional soccer coaches from 24-7 UK Soccer Academy.• Additional programs such as; SkillSKOOL, Goalkeeping, Speed & Agility training and Futsal

• Two training sessions per week (for professionally coached teams).

• Summer training camp and drop-in training.• Teams will play two-three tournaments (with teams also

having the option to enter state cup).
