Organization Options

• VCW-P has significant positive momentum and feedback in the state has been positive.

• Improved performance and outreach efforts are leading to additional opportunities.

• DSS Grant, Albemarle Career Center, Charlottesville Downtown Job Center, partnerships with other community-based organizations.

• Current organization and structure is limiting due to capacity (staffing) and infrastructure (financial support) at both VCW-P and CVPED.

• Potential long-term options (12-18 months) are under consideration.

Council discussion on the options and potential organization solutions.
