Polish Christmas Dish Recipe

-2 glasses of flour -2 spoons of honey -3/4 glass of sugar -1,5 spoon of bicarbonate -10 gram of gingerbread additive -1 spoon of butter -2 eggs - 1/3 glass of warm milk
Ingrediens
Flour put on breadboard, pour hot solute honey on flour and mix it. While mixing, add consectively: sugar, bicarbonate of soda, gingerbread additive, butter and 1 egg.
• Gradually pour a piece of 1 spoon milk. Crease cake until it is firm and consistent. Tightly flatten it across about 10 min.
• Roll up the cake. Cut gingerbread cookies with molds. Apply egg yolk on gingerbread using brush. Dispose baking paper on the baking sheet and put gingerbread cookies on it
• Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 min. Thendecorate it.
ADDITIVE
Recipe for frosting: Ingredients: 1 raw protein egg, 1.5 glasses of powdered sugar,1 spoon of lemon juice.Pour hot water on the egg. Put an egg white in the bowl andFroth it. Add some icing sugarAnd lemon juice. Us this frostingTo decorate your gingerbreadCookies.
