TRIP ITINERARY Join the Missionaries of the Most Holy Eucharist as we travel from New York to the village of Medjugorje in Bosnia Herzegovina. This tiny village has become a place of great hope and conversion for many pilgrims. Our guide will meet us upon arrival at the airport in Split and will set our daily schedule. Our hotel is located on the main street next to St. James Church in the center of the village, allowing easy and comfortable access for Holy Mass in English, Reconciliation, meditation, spiritual direction, healing prayer and evening services. We will walk through the vineyards to the Hill of Apparitions and pray at the Blue Cross. We will climb Mount Krizevak, known as Cross Mountain, where villagers erected a 30-ft. high cross. We will visit the Divine Mercy Chapel where the Missionaries will celebrate Holy Mass and journey to surrounding communities of Cenacolo, Oasis of Peace and Mothers Village throughout the week. (Detailed itinerary will be provided and is subject to change.)

PAYMENT TERMSPrompt payment as outlined in registration form, with each required payment received by MSE on or before deadline specified for that payment. Late payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Credit Card payments accepted insofar as set forth in registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation must be made in writing. MSE is willing to consider substituting other parties to extent MSE deems reasonably possible. All cancellations are subject to forfeiture of such amounts as are not refunded by third party suppliers of services or accommodations being cancelled. After April 25, 2020, no refunds can be made or facilitated by MSE. In the event MSE is required to cancel arrangements due to conditions or events beyond its control, cancellation terms shall apply.

TRAVEL PROTECTION OR INSURANCEMSE does not provide travel insurance. Traveler is advised to obtain such insurance or travel protection that Traveler deems appropriate to protect your investment in this trip. Proof of travel insurance is required with final payment.

PASSPORTA valid U.S. Passport is required and must be in Traveler’s possession at all times while on trip. Please provide a copy of the inside page of your passport showing your name and photo when making final payment for this trip. Travelers are advised that a passport must be valid for at least six months following the return date of the trip or boarding or entry into a destination may be denied. MSE is not responsible for consequences of Traveler’s failure to timely obtain and produce a valid passport, and is not liable for any boarding delay, entry denial, or other consequence of any third party deeming a Traveler’s passport invalid. No refund will be made to a Traveler who does not produce a valid passport.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTSTravel documents will be provided following receipt of final payment, passport information and proof of travel insurance.

ITINERARYMSE does not control all conditions that may affect planned travel or site visit arrangements. MSE reserves the right to alter specified events, dates and venues to the extent MSE deems necessary.

ROOMSRoom accommodations are as described in Traveler’s registration form. All double room accommodations unless single room is requested. No guarantees on single room requests. Single room availability is very limited. If single room accommodations are “confirmed” an extra $200 will be added to final payment.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTSTravelers are expected to be medically and physically fit for this trip, and neither MSE nor any third-party service or accommodation provider is responsible for determining a Traveler’s fitness. Portions of the trip may require significant walking and hiking, and MSE cannot guarantee that modes of transportation or sites visited will be wheelchair accessible or suitable for motorized scooters, walkers or other assistive or adaptive equipment. MSE is willing to discuss and consider any special accommodations or equipment a traveler timely proposes, prior to registering, to use on the trip. However, MSE cannot control all trip or site accessibility conditions. Any assistive equipment or companion a Traveler requires must be provided by the Traveler, at Traveler’s expense.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTSMSE is not responsible for accommodating any food allergies or dietary requirements, restrictions or preferences, and will not be liable for consequences arising out of such conditions or requirements. All food requirements are Traveler’s sole responsibility.

PHOTOGRAPHYMSE may photograph or film/videotape a trip or trip participant(s), and Traveler grants MSE permission to make and use such photographs or film/video for promotional purposes without compensation to Traveler.

MINORSA minor may not travel on the trip without a parent or legal guardian.

PARTICIPATIONMSE reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any participant in any of its trips or trips if, in its sole discretion, it deems accepting or retaining such participant as being detrimental to the trip or trips.
