PIN Based Dialing Facility

Toll-free Access
− The access number (*339) for the PBC service is a toll-free number available
across Reliance Wire line network
Last Number Redial
− The last number called using the PBC service can be redialed without re-
entering the phone number
Correction of Wrong number dialed
− You can cancel the wrong number dialed in case wrong number is entered.
Follow on calls
− In case the dialed number is busy or does not reply, you can dial a new
destination number when prompted.

Subscribing to the service Subscription Form
- The Subscription Form for the PIN Based Calling Service can be procured through
your Reliance Communications Account Manager.
For Submission Form you would be required to mention the following
– CAN
– BAN
– BG ID
– Service Administrator‟s Name, Contact Details & Email ID.
The duly filled and signed form must be submitted to your Account Manager. You would
require as many Forms as the number of BG IDs you wish to avail this service for
Delivery of URL, User ID & Password
− Upon submission of the form and its validation, you would receive an email containing
the Service Portal link, your User ID and a system generated password
− The email shall be sent on the Service Administrator‟s email ID mentioned in the form

Tariff & Business rules Service is available only to Reliance Wire line Smart Office customers
No extra charges for subscription
Calls made using pins will be charged as per the applicable rate plan for the
DN (on which the pin was generated)
Pins cannot be generated on DN‟s with Intracircle / Intercircle On-Net Rate
Plan or on One India plans

Portal login You (or System Administrator) will receive the Email with a URL link of PIN Based
Calling Service Portal, User ID and Password to provide access to portal.

Generate, Edit and View PINs
On successful login this
page will be displayed
3 options are available to
you select
- New: To Generate New
PINs for DNs
- Edit: To Change Status or
reset the PINs for DN‟s
- View: To View the Status
of PINs for DNs

Generating PINsSelecting New option will bring the User (Customer Administrator) to this page
User can select 1 of the 2 options
depending on the requirement
All DNs - A single PIN will be
generated for each DN in the group
(BG). Each pin will have the same call
type (either NLD or NLD+ILD)
Specific DNs – In this option, you
will be asked to enter number of lines
on which pins are to be generated.
After entering the same, click on “Get
Rows” button to get those many rows.
Enter SmartOffice numbers (10 digit)
& click “Generate Pin” for pin
generation.

Options: Single/Multiple PINS & call type
On specifying no. of DNs required
and clicking „Get Row‟ button
those many rows shall be made
available.
Administrator can select single /
multiple option for every DN
Selection of attributes:
1. Enter the directory number in
the respective column
2. Select ‘Single PIN’ for
generation of single PIN for a
DN
‘Multiple PIN’ for generation of

3. In „DN Call Type‟, select either
„NLD‟ or „NLD+ILD‟. Generated
pin will have that call type
