    CURRENT PROBLEMS/JUSTIFICATIONS

    1) Channel head is leaking - Sparger is on. Suggest to replace gasket. Only can be done during shutdown.

    1) Rectify defect at gasket seat. Defect from last TA.

    1) Channel head is leaking - Sparger is on. Suggest to replace gasket. Repair bottom nozzle.

    1) Thick, hard deposit at internal shell based on history. Suggest to clean it.

    1) To take opportunity inspect tray condition and repair any defect found.
