Congrats Caroline! Congratulations to 12 th grader Logan Shiller for advancing to the finals of the PPT’s Shakespeare Monologue Contest. Congrats Logan! 2017 MANRRS High School Symposium Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS) is a national society that welcomes membership of people of all racial and ethnic group participation in agricultural and related science careers. On Saturday April 1 st , MANRRS will hold a high school symposium from 9 AM to 2 PM at the Wyndham Hotel downtown. Middle and high school students are encouraged to register and learn more about MANRRS and/or the High School Symposium, at www.manrrs.org. Governor's School for Global and International Studies The Global Studies Center is proud to announce the 2017 Governor's School for Global and International Studies. The four-week residential program at the University of Pittsburgh is for rising high school juniors and seniors. The program dates are June 19 - July 14. For more information and application, please visit http://www.govschool.pitt.edu/ Deadline Extended: March 1, 2017 American Mathematics Competition 46 students competed in the American Mathematics Competition on Wednesday, February 15th. The students all worked hard on a difficult set of problems but were triumphant in their endeavors. Students should be commended for their hard work and dedication to mathematics. School winners will be announced at the awards assembly in June. Track Team Track Conditioning will continue on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. All School Announcements
