a B.Sc. Chemistry and Mathematics from McGill University and worked as a chemist for over 8 years prior to working in the outdoor industry and received his MBA from UW Foster School of Business. He leads the Tactical and Innovation teams for Outdoor Research as well as the Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility initiatives.
