Pixhug is a social change platform that unites people with causes and the companies that support them. On Pixhug charities create campaigns, people share photos and companies donate money – together they change the world.
Bringing social value to social media
They say a picture is worth a thousand words… But what if it could be worth much more? What if your pictures had the power to change the world? With Pixhug, they do.
Now your photos are bringing clean drinking water to villages for the first time, providing aid and shelter to refugees, working to cure disease, or helping your local community center keep the lights on. We’re not just raising awareness; we’re raising money and becoming someone’s hero. So while it used to be true that a picture is worth a thousand words, at Pixhug we believe there’s no limit to how much a picture can be worth.
Why Pixhug
Pixhug was created to elevate awareness of charitable causes, support philanthropy, and make giving easier and more transparent than ever before. By harnessing the power of social media and photo sharing, Pixhug brings charities and sponsors together through a unique and fun experience.
Never before has it been this easy for everyone to make a difference. Billions of photos are shared and ‘liked’ every day — together we can turn all those ‘likes’ into donations, and very quickly make a difference in the big picture!
