Please find enclosed a Mining Act Report of Work on Claims 351631 and 351640 held by The Coniagas Mines Limited In Leeson Twp. Ontario.

Also, I am enclosing two copies of our Drill Hole.Plan for the Hutchison Showing, Leeson Twp. This plan shows, to the best of my knowledge, the accurate location of drill hole collars for the holes drilled during the 1974 program. These drill holes, prefixed by the notation "74-", were previously filed by W. F. Morrison as Agent for The Coniagas Mines Limited and accepted by your office July 8, 1974 and August 11, 1975. The drill holes were numbered as follows: 37-42, 47-50, 52-56 and 58-63, all inclusive. Those holes with prefixes "41-", "45-", and "47-" are older ones, on file in your assessment records.
