Either a false belief or a true belief can be sold to the customer through good
marketing of oneself (Tapasvi).

God exists, God men shouldn't: At a time when children are being massacred
in the name of religion, a film that challenges the concept of different Gods
seems to be the need of the hour.(God Industry\God Managers exposed).
Religion has a huge business potential in India.
Aliens have a better understanding of the human values and we are just dots
in this entire universe.

and there was a hint about character which lead to more curiosity among the audience.
o Rajkumar Hirani has tried new and unconventional looks with the female lead Anushka Sharma.
o The Alien Look of Amir Khan – his attire donated by different people on street randomly in return of money or a new shirt(gaining public acceptance before release).
o The very pairing of Amir Khan and Anushka Sharma is
a big game changer and a new experience for
the audience.

There was lot of intrigue about the film and anticipation built around it (Nothing revealed).

A new actor like Sushant Singh Rajput was cast in the movie –an exception .
Amir Khan’s one film policy and releases only during Christmas(holiday season) which makes his
movies huge blockbusters along with a good script of course. Result – Movie made with 85 crores
and Box Office gained 607 crores.
