The Impact and Benefits of Learning 2.0 Programs in Public Libraries Thursday, March 25 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM Room: Oregon Convention Center Portland Ballroom, #253-254 Michael Stephens Assistant Professor, Dominican University GSLIS Warren Cheetham Coordinator Digital and Electronic Library Service, City Libraries Townsville. Queensland, Australia. Presents the results of 2009 research into an updated, best-practice application of the "23 Things" program in an Australian public library, while comparing the results of the program with other institutions. The panel offers an up-to-date analysis of the effectiveness of the program and recommendations for future development.
