1. THE COMPANY
Plankonsult Incorporated was established in 1980 as an independent Town and Regional
Planning practice.
The company consists of three offices: Plankonsult Gauteng (in Pretoria), Plankonsult Kwa-Zulu
Natal (in Port Shepstone) and Plankonsult Western Cape (in Hermanus).
2. PLANKONSULT GAUTENG
Plankonsult Incorporated was originally established in Pretoria. The Pretoria office has more than
thirty two years’ extensive experience in the Town Planning industry and offer the following

3. THE TEAM
Plankonsult Gauteng has 1 Director, Mr Pierre Danté Moelich, who has been working at this
company since 1988. He has obtained two degrees: Baccalaureus in Town and Regional
Planning and MSc. in Real Estate and is also a registered member of the South African Council
for Town Planners and South African Planning Institute.
Our company further consists of 5 qualified Town Planner, Technical Assistants, 1 Assistant Town
Planner and office Manager, 1 administration assistant and 1 town planner in training.

4. BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
Plankonsult Gauteng has been independently rated as a level four contributor B. E. E. Company
in terms of the BBBEE codes of good practice by BEE SEESA since 2011.
Our Pretoria Office is attributing to many previously disadvantaged organisations and individuals.
Plankonsult Pretoria has also offered bursaries to three previously disadvantaged students in the
past, and is currently employing a qualified town planner of the University of Johannesburg who
is busy with his two year internship
5. MISSION
Our mission is to satisfy our clients through excellent and timeous service and innovative,
thorough planning at an acceptable price.
In parallel with the transformation of South Africa the needs and desires of people are also
changing. All forms of development are now closely linked to the promotion of the ideals of the
RDP. We at PLANKONSULT are as committed as the authorities to the promotion of the RDP
and its aims of transparency, community involvement, capacity building and empowerment.
6. STRUCTURE
In order to accommodate both the structural changes and the aspirations of the population, we
have re-evaluated our role in development. We have restructured our services in such a way as
to render streamlined specialist services to suite the broader and more in-depth requirements in
the development field.
With a sound core of professionals we have created a number of departments, each dedicated
to a specific mission, to address these needs.
We offer professional services countrywide from our offices in Pretoria, Hermanus and Port
Shepstone.
A total of five professional town planners are employed in the Pretoria office with other supportive
staff in order to give a professional service to our clients.
