The hotel is located in Trinidad, Cuba.

It is a 5 storey building with a basement.

The structure has columns with steel beams.

The ground floor will accommodate the following

areas: reception, lounge bar , lobby, waiting areas,

gallery areas, I.T. and a restaurant area.
