• Infrastructure projects are a key business area
of the HOCHTIEF Group
• HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH, which was set
up at the beginning of 2014, delivers transportation
and energy infrastructure projects in Europe
and in selected regions worldwide.

• The regional units act as local partner in their home

• The first project realised by HOCHTIEF

Office complex Rondo 1, Warsaw
• One of the most recognisable building in the capital
of Poland: modernistic architecture, cutting-edge
technology, top notch standards and a prestigious
location.
• The Rondo 1 received as the first multi – tenant building
in Europe the LEED Gold certificate in the Existing
Buildings category.

Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich Building, Warsaw
• The modern commercial building, located at the
junction of Chmielna and Bracka streets in the core
centre of Warsaw. Its architectural solutions refer
to the style of the neighbouring buildings.
• Thanks to the peculiar segmentation of its facade
and a shape typical for pre-war buildings, the house
harmoniously melts into the historical landscape
of Bracka street.

Office Building Diamante Plaza, Krakow
• The modern shape of the building resembles
an irregularly cut diamond. All of its walls are glazed,
which maximises daylight access to the interior.
• Diamante Plaza has been awarded:
- 3rd prize in “Building of the Year" competition
- Golden Drill Award’09 in competition organised
by Robert Bosch
- 1st place in the “Leaders of safe work” for construction
work, organized by National Labour Inspectorate.

Futura Park, Modlniczka near Krakow
• The two-storey building of an area exceeding
49,000 square metres with a 1,400-vehicle
car park
• Got in July, 2011 the BREEAM certificate with
the note of very good.
• The facility was built for Neinver Polska
and houses the Futura commercial park,
which provides space for small
and medium-sized shops and a FACTORY
outlet centre.
• The Futura Park is the first project
constructed by HOCHTIEF Polska, which
fulfils requirements of the BREEAM certificate.

Galeria Malta, Poznań
• The largest shopping and leisure centre
in the west of Poland
• Unique location and modern architecture of
the three-storey-building with 162,000 sqm of
total floor area, on three levels
• Galeria Malta has been awarded “Building of
the Year" Prize and Platinum Drill Award’09
in competition organised by Robert Bosch.
• The building has been awarded the certificate
BREEAM In-Use for with the note of very good
in two categories: operating and management
of the gallery.

metres.

In the Northern Port in Gdańsk, Poland
• The Deepwater container terminal in Gdańsk
North Harbour is the first within the Baltic Sea
to have the capability to service most post-
Panamax container vessels with regards to
access, depth of water, quay facilities and
equipment.
• DTC in the Northern Port in Gdańsk was
awarded Platinum Drill Award’07 in

Expansion of the passenger terminal at the Wrocław Airport
• The new terminal has been designed under IATA’s C Standard. The
project includes construction of the new terminal with an area of approx.

Stadion Dialog Arena, Lubin (general construction: consortium of HOCHTIEF
Polska and PeBeKa)
• On the board pitch, which has 105 meters length and 68 metres wide,
were placed modern irrigation and warming systems.
• Grass was imported from Bavaria in refrigerators, now 196 spotlights
illuminates it.
• Compiliant with PZPN and UEFA standards for 3rd class.

Partnership for optimal solutions Waste-to-energy plant (ITPOK), Poznań
• The very first in Poland project, that is being realized as a PPP-formula in the waste management sector
• Private partner: SITA Zielona Energia
• Public partner: City of Poznań
• General contractor: Consortium of Hitachi Zosen Inova, HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Poznań,
HOCHTIEF Solutions Branch Civil Engineering and Energy
• Design work: Q2 2013 - Q2 2014; Time of construction: Q1/Q2 2014 - Q3/Q4 2016
• The scope of the works specified by the contract of the consortium with HOCHTIEF Polska and HOCHTIEF
Energy Europe includes designing and erecting the buildings of the facility, its internal road and auxiliary
infrastructure as well as the accompanying utility systems.
ITPOK is:
• The second by efficiency (210 000 tons/year) among waste-to-
energy plants, that are under constuction in Poland at present.
• The biggest investment in municipial sector in the region
of Wielkopolska.
Awards
• European Project of the Year 2013 (title awarded by Project
Finance Magazine for innovative financial structure that links
private capital with UE financial support)
• Golden Award (given by the European PPP Expertise Centre –
EPEC – for financial structure)
