CREATION OF INDUSTRIAL PLANTS FOR THE TREATMENT OF SOLID
ORGANIC WASTES BY PLASMA GASIFICATION
2 DESCRIPTION OF THE MARKET
AND THE BUSINESS MODEL
The deep recycling of most of the industrial and consumer waste will be claimed, and economically viable by the society in the next 5-10 years, and the new technologies for recycling waste will be serious alternative source of renewable energy.
Target market segment:
The State, exercising the elimination of accumulated environmental damage through a mechanism of federal target programs
Large corporations, solve their problems by utilization of industrial waste
Regional and municipal administrations, creating in their areas of waste management
Business model Design, manufacture and supply of plasma gasification plants.
After commissioning - sales service and supply of expendable materials.

THE TECHNOLOGY
Initial raw material for the plants are:
municipal solid waste silt deposits of wastewater treatment plant waste from the food processing medical waste waste wood processing industry used railway sleepers
Gasification product is a synthesis gas (syngas) used:
as raw materials for organic chemical synthesis for the production of liquid fuels for the production thermal and electrical energy
1 - loading device 2 - tank waste 3 - plasma generator 4 - reactor shaft 5 - blowing holes 6 - thermocouple
7 - flue (yield of syngas) 8 - grate firing system 9 - slag removal device
4
BENEFITS OF TECHNOLOGY
Using the plasma generators running on AC power, which are unique development by the Institute of Problems of Electrophysics Russian Academy of Sciences (invention patented)
The lowest (compared with the same plasma technologies) cost of recycling caused high efficiency and long lifetime of the plasma generators
1 - dissipation pipe 2 - the heat exchanger 3 - accumulative platform 4 - crusher 5 - storage hopper 6 - conveyor
7 – feeder 8 – reactor 9 - the main plasma torch 10 - auxiliary plasma torch 11 - the capacity to absorb the slag
12 - slag tank 13 - syngas cleaning system 14 - gas turbine generator 15 - heat exchanger 16 - a steam turbine
Max (from other methods), the percentage of processing - up to 98% by initial raw material
Absolutely ecologically safe slag
When processing capacity of 12,000 tons per hour, the unit is capable of producing up to 2.1 MW and 1.1 Gcal per hour
Mobility and modular container type of device

In the IPE Russian Academy of Sciences, was constructed an experimental module for research of gasification processes various types of solid hydrocarbon waste. Module capacity is 200 kg per hour. Repeatedly carried out at the Institute of the test program confirmed the possibility of processing of organic waste using AC plasma generators. Parameters produced synthesis gas (volume and calorific value) confirm the economic viability of the method of recycling air - plasma gasification on an industrial scale.
