Manufacturing isundertaken at our Devonworkshop. Structures arepre-assembled for checkingbefore delivery to site

Careful preparation andattention to detail at theearlier project stagesensures trouble-free on-site assembly

extrusions. In the event of third partyinvolvement in the design or manufacture ofany components for the structure, we liaisewith the third party to achieve a successfuland trouble-free contract for the client.

Ground works Prior to installation, we carry outmeasurements, check levels and dimensionsof the site, excavate and constructfoundations for the structure and finish atground level after the completion of thestructure.

Installation & inspection Our site teams work to agreed schedulesand strive to cause as little disruption aspossible during installation. Every projectundergoes a detailed inspection beforehandover to the client and issue ofguarantee/s.

Our structures comprise two key elements: the thermoplastic glazing material and thesupporting structure, as outlined here:

Glazing materialsDrawing on many years of experienceworking with thermoplastic sheet materials,weare able to specify the most appropriatesolution for each project. Most of our projectsfeature either solid or multi-wallpolycarbonate glazing, selected for high lighttransmission, strength and UV protection forlong-term durability. For projects requiringhigh insulation levels, we can supply nanogel-filled multi-wall polycarbonate.

Glazing systemWe utilise our own, purpose-designed system of aluminium extrusions. This system features a unique push-on aluminium top cap, giving a clean,aesthetically pleasing appearance withreduced maintenance and increased security,compared with screw-fixed systems.

Structures are powdercoated for a high qualityfinish in any of a hugerange of colours

Bespoke rooflights can bedesigned and installed tosuit a wide variety ofrequirements

Our design team canprovide solutions tocomplement or extendexisting structures

Hard landscaping andother detailing can beundertaken as part of yourproject
