• Illig UA 300 ED – largest former of its type in SA (forming area – 3000 x 2000mm; depth 750mm). Able to form sheet with 20mm thickness & is fully automated
• Vacusan - Forming area 3100 x 1950mm fully automatic• Illig UA 200 ED (x2) – similar to the above, but with 1500mm x 1000mm forming
area: fully automatic• Keifel K2212 (x2) - forming area 2200 x 1200: fully automatic• Keifel K2515 (x2) – forming area 2500 x 1250: fully automatic• Keifel K1710 – forming are 1700 x 1000: fully automatic• Cannon Shelly – smaller former with 720mm x 720mm forming area. Ideal for
smaller parts & for trailing purposes• Motoman robotic trimmer ideal for large runs of large area parts• Multicam CNC router with bed size of 3000 x 2000 with extended height of 400mm• ABB robot for smaller components• The above plant & equipment has an estimated market value
of R8m & a replacement value of R11m
