Since 2004 over 500 Polymount Plate Cleaners have been installed at flexo printers.

Polymount was the fi rst to bring a perfect solution to effi cient automated plate cleaning and drying. The Polymount Plate Cleaner is a high quality industrial product that is built using the most robust components available. The machine is practically maintenance free and has evolved into a very user friendly machine with minimum handling.

We offer a range of sizes, starting from 600 mm (24”) wide, up to 1600 mm (62”) wide.

Polymount International was founded in December 2002. The company philosophy is to create products that enable fl exo printers to save money on their consumables, become more effi cient and optimise print quality.

Polymount manufactures two main products, one of which is the Twinlock self-adhesive sleeve. The other is an automated printing plate cleaner. Polymount is the global market leader with these products.
