Platt’s Patented Guardsman ATA Tool Cases are built to exceed the exactingATA shipping requirements. They have been tested and approved to ATA 300specs.

They’re constructed from an ultra-durable (yet light-weight) HMWpolyethylene material with your choice of seven standard colors. They’re linebent to assure uniform thickness and unsurpassed strength. By using polyeth-ylene, these cases are up to 50% lighter than traditional wood transit cases, andbecause they are bent instead of formed, all corners and edges are the samethickness as the rest of the case, thereby eliminating the traditional weak spotsassociated with other materials.

Polyethylene can be stored in any environment from -400 to 1400 and isunaffected by all common industrial solvents. Plus, our bent aluminumcontinuous framing system provides the ultimate in strength, and attractiveappearance. Our valance system has a gasket for water/dust resistance.Platt uses completely recessed hardware which further resists damage intransit and can be furnished with combination locks or key locks in the latches.

These cases are also available as a Jetalumtm all aluminum construction.
