VIP Kids Concierge proposes you to create a privatized playground at the beach of your choice during your stay in St. Barths. This space will be decorated according to a theme. It will be complemented by hands-on and creative activities, beach games, or activities with our kids' friendly partners from the island: real sand castle building or sculpture of your choice, seabob, swimming lessons...This magical moment will be created according to your desires and those of your children. VIP Kids Concierge proposes you custom-designed services.

For eco-creative crafts, we propose you workshops for a minimum of two hours, with the creation of a memory of St Barths. We will use natural elements, such as seashells, driftwood, sand...Examples of activities: Seashore Windchime, Jewelry, hand or foot footprints...

All around our tent, beach games will be installed to the delight of your children. They can play between two activities, or at the end of all their manual creations. These games will complement our fun and friendly space.Some examples of games: Bowling, Limbo, Tic Tac Toe, Bowls, Beach Toys (jumps, shovels, rakes...).

Creative Workshops of VIP Kids Concierge

Arts and crafts workshops and creative leisure fully customized for your little VIPs!Fun and entertainment guaranteed!

VIP Kids Concierge proposes to create custom art workshops and creative leisures with manual activities for your children, depending on their tastes and their desires. We can work on all the topics of your choice: fetes throughout the year (Halloween, Christmas, Carnival, St Valentin, Easter, etc.), beach, jewelry, music, decoration, sculpting, drawing, painting, papers crafts, etc.

An animator of our team comes to your villa, hotel or yacht with all the necessary equipment to the achievement of the selected activities. At the end of the workshop, she will leave a tidy and clean space, and your child will walk away with his/her object(s) created.

"Crafts" Workshops:Your kids will love discovering the many arts and crafts techniques that will enable them to make and decorate objects successfully! Very modern, creative DIY workshops allow everyone to reveal his talents as a budding little creative! Our workshops are for two hours or more.

"Eco-Creative" Workshops:The eco-creative workshops are artistic and crafts projects which teach your children the art of recycling while having fun. Our workshops are for two hours or more.

"Memories of Saint Barth" Activities:Memories of Saint Barth activities allow you to go back to your home with gifts made by your children. We come to visit you directly in the room of your children or to your place of relaxation of the day depending on the chosen activity, and realize in a short time the object or decoration "from St Barth" with your children. Presence of the parents is required because this kind of activities will be done fast. Possibility to have the "memories of St Barth" activities in a "Crafts" or "Eco-Creative" Workshops of two hours or more.

For all special events (vacations, weddings, birthdays….) or just to entertain your kids for a few hours, VIP Kids Concierge can organize our “personalized treasure hunt” by taking the whole island as a playing field. They are adaptable for all ages, for all of your family and friends.

Several themes are available, and please feel free to suggest any additional themes, and we can custom-tailor our events in relation to the interests of the children involved. We offer among others a treasure hunt "Discovery of St Barth", which will allow you to better know our island, its history and its beauty.

Our treasure hunts can be arranged only on an afternoon, a day or throughout your stay in a specific place or on the entire island.

The games and activities, and their timing, depends in the age of the participants. Our treasure hunts are personalized to provide the most fun for little kids and older ones.

According to the timing and the chosen options, the treasure hunts can be complemented by hands-on and creative activities, beach games, or activities with our Kids' friendly partners from the island: boat trip to the beach of Colombier, real sand castle building or sculpture of your choice, seabob, swimming lessons ...

Treasure Hunt of VIP Kids Concierge

Progress of a treasure hunt~ How to start: There is a story related to the chosen theme and we fix the decor of the treasure hunt according to this story.~ Costume: Face painting and / or disguise in connection with theme (optional step if the time allotted for the activity is too short).~ Treasure Hunt: As a general rule, we give the first clue orally. It's a clue for a location in which the first envelope is hiding. In this envelope children will find the first enigma to solve or activity to perform. The resolution of this enigma gives a new clue to guess the following place where another envelope is hiding and so on until the treasure discovery.

Variations• If we don't know in advance where will be held the treasure hunt, the envelopes can be hidden randomly but must be found in a specific order which will be given at the beginning of the game.• Besides the enigmas, there may be in each envelope a puzzle piece and at the end you have to do the puzzle with all the pieces found to be able to reach the treasure.• The treasure hunt can take place with only one team or several teams. If there are several teams, so they will be competing in the event or they will have to be the quickest to solve an enigma. The team that wins the game, wins a puzzle piece and the treasure hunt continues in this manner. At the end, both teams put together their puzzle pieces in order to solve it and to find all together the place of the treasure.

Treasure Hunt Minions

Kids love to go in search of clues,decode messages and solve enigmas.

Your little VIPs will have an unforgettable time while searching the treasure ontraces of Minions with games, activities and a real complicity!

Get ready, get set and go have fun!!!

Place:We propose to make this treasure hunt along a ride to Colombier and on the beach of Colombier. For the return we will take a taxi boat to take us back to Gustavia. The entire duration of this treasure hunt will be four hours (from the time when we will pick up your children at your Hotel or Villa, until we will drive them to the desired location).

Enigmas:Each enigma will be found by games and resolved by your little VIPs. They will be immersed a time in the universe of Minions. We will include activities such as "find the differences on two pictures", "the game of the coded message", "some sport events", etc.

Treasure:After having solved all the enigmas, it's time to discover the treasure! Each child will leave with one or more small surprise gifts and the head full of memories.

Additional options:«Snack» = A snack will be prepared in advance by one of our partners that we canenjoy during a gently break on the beach.«Beach» = Construction of sand sculptures with a professional: sand castles, marbles track, various sculptures...«Snorkeling» = Snorkeling equipment rental adapted to your little VIPs.

Treasure Hunt of the Pink Panthers and Princesses

Kids love to go in search of clues,decode messages and solve enigmas.

In a pink panther costume or a princess fancy dress, your little VIPs girls will have an unforgettable time

with games, activities and a real complicity!

Get ready, get set and go have fun!!!

Place:Every little girl can dress up a princess or a pink panther costume, and will wear some face painting. The place of the party will be decorated with balloons, glitter, garlands, and other accessories which represent the theme of the color "pink". The birthday party table will also be completely customized.

Enigmas:Each enigma will be found by games and resolved by your little VIPs girls. They will be immersed a time in an apprentices detectives universe. We will include activities such as "find identical fingerprints", "the game of the coded message", "the touch recognizing", etc. For the more active girls, games like musical chairs will be set up with, amongst other dance choreographies.

Treasure:After having solved all the enigmas, it's time to discover the treasure! Each child will leave with one or more small surprise gifts and the head full of memories. A diploma for the best detective will also be awarded to them.

Cooking and Baking Classes

With their Nanny, children can also make some cooking and baking classes at home in your Villa or Yacht:

Homemade Pasta Bolognese & Homemade French Baguette or pastries!

Your children will enjoy taking a class with their Nanny at home and learning a few tricks, techniques, and French recipes. We want them to have fun cooking and love eating what they’ve created.

They will prepare together some snacks for the day depending to their tastes, skills, and the kitchen equipment of your villa.Our classes are custom designed to meet your children dietary needs and tastes.

Your Nanny will come with all the necessary ingredients and supplies for a delicious culinary adventure. She will shop, set-up, and clean-up, leaving the fun to taste to you and your children!

At the end of the cooking or baking class, your child will receive a certificate: "The great Chef of the day".

During the recipe your children will play with the Nanny to learn all the names of the

ingredients and cooking equipment.

All girls love to play “spa”. To pamper themselves and be pampered at a spa are two of their favorite activities, so here’s how the VIP Kids Concierge will host a

spa day for your little Vips girls…

What’s the plan? What will we do during our «Spa Day»?

The RoomWe will lay out some beach towels in order that each girl will have her own “salon bed”.

Relaxing MusicWe will put some relaxing music in the room like a real spa.

Lemonade or TeaYour little spa girls will want to sip on a beverage as they relax before, during or after their treatments.

Homemade DIY Lip BalmWe will teach to your little Vips how to make an homemade lip balm that they can bring back to home. Homemade DIY Facial MaskWe will teach to your little Vips how to make an homemade facial mask. Then the girls may choose to apply the mask to each other, or we can apply it for them.

Massage Feet and HandsUsing a nice lotion (possibly lightly scented), we will massage the girls’ hands and feet while their masks dry. Remove Face Masks with Warm ClothsGirls will love how it feels when we use a warm cloth and a basin of water to remove their masks while they’re laying on their “salon mats”. Select Nail PolishEach girl will pick out their preferred polish color for their nails and their toes.

Astronomy - St Barth

Observation EventCome and share this experience with your family and us!

Children have always been passionate about the stars, the moon (only natural satellite of the Earth and the fifth largest satellite in the solar system) and the planets. Make them happy by offering them this activity during their holidays in St. Barths.

The observation evening will be hosted by Jordan, a passionate of astronomy since his childhood, and who is happy to share his passion. Children and adults will learn how to use a telescope and they will discuss all together about the original story and the various legends of the constellations.

We propose you this evening "star gazing" in your villa (depending on location), or on a particular place on the island. This evening will be accompanied by marshmallows, to the delight of all!

The solar system consists of a star, the Sun, and all of the things that are trapped in the gravitational pull of the Sun: planets, comets, asteroids, satellites and rings.

The stars: The ancients had a thorough knowledge of the distribution of stars in the sky, giving them the names as well as the forms that they draw - the constellations - by using them for navigation for example.It was only with the development of the modern astronomy that the stars could be understood as objects of the same type as the Sun but located at significantly greater distances.

The planets from the closest to farthest from the Sun: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto.
