Join this enthusiastic group ofthree Aqua Instructors as they deliver an interactive practicalsession which provides participants with opportunity to ‘think, explore,develop and do’ aqua activities in deep water, with and withoutequipment. For participants to achieve the most out of a deep-water class, it’s essential for the instructor to ‘observe, analyse and modify’ their performance. Theactivity feedback could include modifications to technique,posture, lever length, water safety and water familiarisation skills. The trick is that modifications canonly be recommended if you, the instructor, has knowledge, skill and understanding of the effects of deep water on a body in a verticalposition.
