Good ventilation is a must

For this both a minimum distance to the glazing and louvres above and below are required.In order to guarantee sufficient air circulationa minimum distance of 100 mm should be maintained between the pleating installation and the glass pane.

If the air circulation is insufficient, heat can accumulate and condensation water can occur.

A minimum distance to the glass pane must be observed

Child safety has top priority!For pleated blinds with pull-cord operation (type P1700 - P1753), pleated blinds with chain operation (type P1800 - P1805) and pleated blinds with cord operation (type P3700) standardised, childproof installation must be ensured.Your dealer will be happy to explain potential hazards and will ensure correct selection and installation.

• Young children can strangle in the loop of pull cords, tapes and cords that operate window coverings. They can also wrap cords around their necks.

• To avoid strangulation and entanglement, keep cords out of reach of young children.

• Move beds, cots and furniture away from window covering cords.

• Do not tie cords together. Make sure cords do not twist and create a loop.

• Install and use the included safety devices according to the installation instructions on these device to reduce possibility of such an accident.
