LOGISTICS SUPPORT.We provide an excellent and strategically located Jetty with auspicious space for stacking ofOil and Gas tools and equipment. We also have sufficient standard warehousing facilitieswhich are presently at ninety percent completion stage.

EQUIPMENTS.Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited invests in equipment and tools in terms of outrightpurchase, leasing or hiring depending on the economic advantage. However, the company isa proud owner of a variety of suitable basic modern equipments to carry out its operationin terms of functions, capacity and working conditions. They vary fromdredging/fabrication/installation to office equipment with back-up maintenance facilitiesfor workshop and field operations. Our equipments are safety-friendly as they are fittedwith safety gadgets required for operation in the oil industry and general services.

He has over 20 years experience as a business mogul and operations of the oil and gasindustry. A renowned Economic Analyst with sound knowledge of public affairs having servedin the public sector, marketing, importation and exportation. He holds a B.Sc in BusinessManagement. He is virile and intelligent young man with absolute sense of prudence andexcellence. He is married with children and honoured with many chieftaincy titles in hiscommunity and outside for his contribution to the society.

CYPRIAN OFRE TEKANGeneral ManagerHe is the company’s General Manager. He hold a B.A (Hons) degree in Public Administrationfrom Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and M.Sc in Business Administration from Rivers StateUniversity of Science and Tech. IBIYE GODSON BRIGGSProcurement ManagerMr. Alex is the company’s Procurement Manager. He holds a B.sc in Information Technologyfrom University of Ghana, Accra, Ghana. a. HSE PolicyIt is the policy of Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited that all operations will be planned andexecuted in such a way as to:Prevent injury to life and preserve the health of employees and all such persons includingthird parties that may be involved in its operations.

Minimizes impact on the environment in which Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited operates.Ensure security of lives and properties/facilities of clients and own staff. Maintain cordialrelationship with host communities.Every employee of Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited shall prepare their work in accordancewith this policy and work must not be started when it is believed that safety mitigatingmeasures are not in place or suspended when the job or condition is considered unsafe.

b. Community Relations PolicyIt is Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited policy to maintain mutually beneficial relationshipwith host communities.To achieve this goal Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will cooperate with and work throughthe CLO’s in the local communities to ensure that the local communities are aware of SeltexOil & Gas Services Limited activities and to ensure that any conflicts are resolved in a timelymanner.Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will:Establish and maintain a close relationship with all of the local population to betterunderstand their concerns, needs and aspirations.Continuously assess and abate the social and economic impact of all business activities andto take needed preventive or mitigating measures.Respond to formal community requests in an appropriate and timely manner.Bring relevant issues affecting host communities to the attention of the client andappropriate authorities.Prior to mobilization pay a visit to the community chief and leaders

c. Health PolicySeltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will operate a healthy workplace with no healthincidents and improve the health awareness of its employees. To achieve this goal SeltexOil & Gas Services Limited will embark on these strategies:Pre-employment medical examination, general examination and tuberculosis test todetermine fitness for employment. Fitness certification will be issued and revalidatedannually.Reduction of exposure to hazardous substances, noise, vibration, chemical handling, andmanual lifting.Prevention of malaria and other diseasesConstruction material and equipment shall be appraised to control health risks. Thoseproven or known to be injurious to health shall be discharged or minimized with use ofthe MSDS controlWork site supervision will be very intensive especially in the area of controlling hazardsand their effects.Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will provide a qualified nurse or first aider at the worksite with adequately stocked first aid box. Maintain a retainer clinic where referral aredone or seek medical assistance from client medical center.There will be no use or possession of intoxicants or illicit drugs by any person on any ofthe project work sites. Persons found to be in possession or under the influence of such

substances shall be terminated from the job.

d. Safety PolicySeltex Oil & Gas Services Limited aims to ensure that risks to personnel and equipmentinvolved in the execution of the contract are identified, and controlled to ALARP and thatrecovery measures are in place if otherwise. A system of incidents and accidents reportingwill be implemented.Pre-mobilization inspection shall be carried out on all equipment including hand tools tobe deployed for the contract.Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will adhere to company’s journey managementprocedure that will include testing and selection of quartermaster, crew boat, routemapping to facilitate planning and tracking if crew movement, training on defensive drivingcourse and daily journey hazard analysis.Job hazard analysis shall be performed for all critical activities during this project inaccordance with the attached procedures this will complement toolbox talks and jobHazard Analysis (JHA) briefings. These will be documented as evidence of compliances ofsafety requirements. Daily inspections will be carried out on all work areas.All personnel on the project shall wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Muster points will be located within construction site.All company personnel will receive a safety orientation before they commence work.

e. Environmental PolicyWaste constitute environmental nuisance if not properly collected, handled and disposed.Waste shall therefore be collected, handled and disposed off in an environmentally safemanner as not to ensure injury/impact negatively on plants, animals and the environment.The environmental impact of each activity shall be routinely monitored and controlled andcorrective action taken as necessary.All practical measures will be taken to minimize the generation of waste and to manage anddispose of unavoidable waste in an environmentally acceptable.Construction wastes will be managed by segregating them in properly classified bins.All chemicals shall be transported, stored, used and disposed of in an environmentallyacceptable manner. All chemical will be accepted from a supplier with the appropriateMSDS.In all proper precaution shall be taken to avoid pollution to air, land or water.Dumping of waste into creek, rivers and swamps are not allowed.

f. Security PolicySeltex Oil & Gas Services Limited intends to manage security affairs an integral part of its,HSE programme and as part of company’s business to eliminate losses of materials and toeliminate injuries to personnel of all staff, client and third part involved in her activities.Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will employ adequate number of experienced securityguards.Access to project work sites will be controlled to prevent unauthorized entry as follows:

Access will be allowed to only those persons that have official business and possess validinduction badge with valid photo identification badge. Only staffs that have completed theminimum induction safety training receive their access badges. Security personnel at thework site will linked by GSM handset.

g. Drug and Alcohol PolicyIt is an offence for any employee of Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited to be under theinfluence of alcohol or in possession of or under the influence of any drug such ascocaine, amphetamine, marijuana, hashish or other illegal or control substance whileworking, residing or on our job site.This policy applies to all operations and location on a 24-hour basis.Unannounced search and alcohol screening shall be conducted to ensure compliance.

h. Recreational Swimming PolicyAll Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited employees involved in swamp operations must beswim tested and be certified swimmers. On no account should any staff be involved inrecreational swimming on any work site. The safety officer will ensure that this policy iswell enforced while consequent management decision will be administered for violationof this policy.

i. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)All Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited employees involved in contract activities areexpected to follow all safety guidelines and to also comply with the use of appropriatepersonal protective equipment.All staff shall be issued with PPE appropriate for the activities carried out.
