Contest Rules:

1. Contestantapplicationwillonlybeacceptedonthedayofthecontest,ifthecontestantlimithasnotyetbeenreached.

2. Contestantswillcompetewitheachothertoseewhocaneatthemostpierogiinthreeminutes.Bottledwaterwillbeprovided.Nootheritemswillbeallowed.

3. Platesof20pierogiwillbeplacedbeforeeachcontestant.4. Winnerwillbedeterminedbythenumberofpierogieatenandadherencetothe

rules.5. Allcontestantswillagreetotheuseoftheirnameandlikenessforadvertising.6. ParticipationinthePierogiEatingContestisconditioneduponthecontestant

executingavalidreleaseandwaiverofliability.Acontestantparticipatinginthecontestisdeemedtohavewaivedanydiscrepancyorflawinsuchwaiverandrelease.

AcknowledgementofRisksandInjury:Contestantacknowledgesthattherearerisksofpersonalinjury,illness,possiblelossoflifeandrisksofdamagetoorlossofpersonalproperty,whichmayresultfromparticipatingintheContest.Contestant,asaconditionofentry,agreestoindemnifyandholdharmlessPLUSPolishFestivalitsemployees,agents,representatives,volunteers,sponsorsandco-sponsors,vendorsfromanyandallclaimsandcostsincludingattorneyfees,arisingfromorinconnectionwithparticipationinthiscontestorthereceiptoruseofanyprize.
