• the person who discovered Pluto is called Clyde W.Tombough and the month and the year they discovered is Febuary 18 1930.

• Pluto is named by an 11 year old girl from Ventia Burney of oxford England who suggested to her grandfather that it gets it’s name from the roman god of the underworld
