Extreme Programming

What is extreme programming?

Extreme Programming (XP) is a software development

methodology which is intended to improve softwarequality and responsiveness to changing customerrequirements. As a type of agile softwaredevelopment, it advocates frequent "releases" in shortdevelopment cycles, which is intended to improve

What is PRINCE2?PRINCE2 (Projects in a Controlled Environment) is a

structured project management method that can be

applied regardless of project scale, type, organization,geography or culture. It is one of the most widely acceptedmethods for managing projects worldwide. It isolates themanagement aspects of project work from the specialistcontributions, such as design, construction etc which areeasily integrated with the PRINCE2 method.
