I am very happy to offer an extremely positive reference for Paul Marriott. I have worked veryclosely with Paul and the telehealth team that he leads, over the last three years. He has beeninstrumental in ensuring the success of our innovative pregnancy telemedicine project, the first inthe UK. He has ensured appropriate support was available at all stages of development andimplementation. His team have worked effectively under his leadership allowing us to adjust andimprove the clinical management for our patients as the pathway developed.

We have also worked together in promoting the project at regional, national and internationallevels with invited joint lectures and workshops in London (RCOG), Birmingham (NationalMaternity Think Tank led by Baroness Cumberlege) and in Washington DC (US Armed ForcesVeterans' Association). The quality of the project reflects on the work put in by Paul and his teamand my own: the project was shortlisted for the finals of the national EHI Awards in 2014 andreceived a CQC 'outstanding' commendation in 2015.
