This extensive 6 day course is designed to provide
PASS Organizations with Internal Expertise and
Independence that will allow them to: Implement,
Establish and Support the PASS Process; Teach the
various PASS Courses; therefore, significantly reducing
the involvement of the PASS Consultant.
Our Interactive course devotes three days to the PASS
Process and three days to the Psychological
Foundations of PASS and the Role of the Internal
Consultant.
The course is taught by Jim Burns (pictured right), creator and founder of PASS Inc., in a
'story telling' style and is focused on 'Safety Leadership.'
Psychological Areas to be covered : Positive Reinforcement;
Learned Helplessness; Conditioning; Motivation; Positive Visible
Leadership; Types of Conflict; Communications
Consulting Areas to be covered are: Style Shift Supervision; Project Management; Key Personnel Roles; Role of a Change Agent; etc.
