PM Community of Practice
A foundation of the Project Management Centre of Excellence is the Project Management Community of Practice (PMCoP). Members of the CoP share information and provide a repository of payload knowledge from which the entire project management community across the public service to draw upon. In partnership with the BC Public Service Agency, members of CoP deliver project management training to government employees based on a common government methodology.
