PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard The PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard is intended for personal use such as fall arrest, fall prevenon, and work posioning. Ideal for fall prevenon when ascending or descending in rope access work. This lanyard has PMI sewn eyes on each end creang a permanent, sewn terminaon that is stronger than any knot. Requires carabiners for proper use. Use Use this product only for its intended use, and within appropriate safety guidelines. The user must determine and work within an appropriate safety factor for the condions/situaons in which equipment is used. This lanyard is intended for personal use. A copy of this user instrucon should remain with the equipment and should be referred to before each use. All users must read these instrucons and be suitably trained by a qualified trainer before using this product. Maintenance and Care The strength and performance of this product may be affected by wear, abrasion, age, condion, contaminants, or other factors. During use, apply the following guidelines: Use with appropriate addional components (connectors, shock absorber, etc), as necessary. Check to be sure this product is compable with the other components of your system. Beware of possible abrasion where the PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard comes into contact with hard, abrasive, or potenally damaging surfaces. Avoid contact with chemicals, solvents or corrosive materials. Inspecon can be a subjecve exercise, and should therefore always be performed by a person who has received appropriate training and is experienced in this type of equipment. Reasons for rerement of this lanyard may include (but are not limited to): Exposure to heat, chemical or other hazardous condion Fabric shows damage, tearing, abrasion, or excessive wear The stching is cut, torn or excessively worn Any evidence of damage that may affect your safety The PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard is damaged or modified in such a way that it no longer complies with the standard to which it was made Lanyard has been in use for 10 years, regardless of condion Rerement Cleaning The PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard may be cleaned with clear, cool water or a mild soluon of non-detergent cleanser. Hang dry away from direct sunlight. Always be sure the PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard is dry before pung it into storage. Inspecon For maximum performance, inspect the PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard upon receipt and before each use to ensure that it is fit for use. Keep wrien records of all inspecons. PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard

This lanyard is intended for use by appropriately trained and experienced personnel. Users of this product should be suitably trained and should be competent to work in situations where their safety might depend on this product. This lanyard is expressly designed as a personal connection point, and requires two connectors for use. If in doubt about the use of this product, please contact PMI. Failure to comply with the instructions and information contained in these instructions may result in injury or death.

Proper training is required before use. These instructions are not an acceptable substitute for appropriate training by a qualified trainer. Read these user instructions and retain them as a permanent record, and maintain a copy with the PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard along with the product use and care record. A use and care record should be established and maintained by the purchaser or user of the PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard according to their needs, and should include records specific to the PMI Dynamic Sewn Lanyard. Specific information to note would include date of purchase; date put into service; maintenance and inspection records. Refer to this information before and after each use. The user of this equipment assumes all responsibilities associated with its use.

PMI Limited WarrantyPMI products are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year. All implied warranties imposed by law in connection with the sale of PMI products are also limited in duration to a period of one year. PMI expressly excludes and shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising out of any breach of the express or implied warranties on sales of PMI products. Because of the high risks involved in high angle rope work such as, but not limited to, rescue, rope access, caving, rappelling, rock climbing and mountaineering, no further warranties exist or are implied by PMI.
