Happy Holidays Fellow members!!!
From your PMI Houston Board of Directors, we wish all our mem-bers and community the very best of the Holidays and success & growth throughout next year and beyond. I dedicate this edition of our newsletter to a retrospective to the year long dedication, relentless hours, and support that your elected rep-resentatives have put in, that culminated with the recognition by PMI Global, in the form of 2010 PMI global awards, to your very own chapter. We started the year with introduction to your Board of Directors and their plans for the office. I had shared the goals and plans of Com-munications committee with you as I took the officer role and am glad to report that communications team has achieved all of those objectives and will continue to execute them in 2011. PMI Houston Board of Directors and Advisory committee for 2010 are on page 3 and 4 respectively.
2010 year was a very successful year in the history of PMI Houston. Before I share various achievements, I am proud to announce another feather in your local chapter’s hat, as we are now the 8th largest chapter of PMI in the world, in the 4th largest city of USA. I’m confident that with support from our members, it is just a matter of time that PMI Houston will make the Top 5 list.
