Blank stock. PicMe!Prints does not offer blank stock (imprintable) products.

Changes or cancellations. There is a $5.00 net fee for making a change to an order. The fee may be waived if the order has not yet entered the invoicing process. If the order has been printed, you will be billed the full amount of the order. Changing an order while in process may increase our processing time.

Combined orders. We do not accept orders from multiple customers on the same order form, as this can cause confusion or mistakes in a customer’s order.

Errors. In the rare instance where we make a mistake, we will reprint and reship your order at no additional charge. If the dealer or customer is responsible for the error, we will reprint the order and apply a 25% discount. Most error corrections are made and ship within one business day.

Holiday processing. Orders placed between November 1 and December 15 may take slightly longer due to holiday volume. Our standard processing on holiday photo cards is 3-5 business days from the time we receive your order and photo. Check our website at www.printswell.com for updates on holiday processing times.

Photo retouching. Basic photo processing, including color correction, sharpness, red-eye correction, and black and white or sepiatone effects, are included at no additional charge. Photo retouching, including the artistic removal of unwanted marks or objects, is available for $25 per photo.

Photo submission. We accept digital photos in JPEG, TIFF or PSD file formats. Images should have a minimum size of 1800 x 1200 pixels (for a 4x6 inch print). Another way to express this is a 4x6 photograph at 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution. For best results, we encourage customers to use the highest resolution image setting available for their camera. Please note that our photo

cards contain pictures of various sizes and orientations—some are tall, some are wide and some are more square in shape. Take note of your chosen design when picking a suitable photo. Leave room to crop the photo to the photo space on the card if necessary.

Proofs. We require a proof for all items that include a photograph for orders of 200 or more of a single item, for all items including non-English text, and for orders that include any special requests. Proofs, which are created by our typesetting staff and emailed or faxed to the dealer or customer, are $6.00 per item. Proofs must be approved by the customer prior to an order being printed. Order delays due to awaiting proof approval are not included in our processing time estimates. If a customer approves a proof that contains an error, we consider that error to be the responsibility of the customer. For this reason we encourage customers to review their proofs thoroughly prior to approval.

Reprints. Reprinting your order is available should you need an additional quantity. Simply use the order number on your invoice when re-ordering. If you have changes to your re-prints, you should place a new order, as re-prints are simply printed without additional proofing or correction.

Rush printing. Expedited or “rush” service is not available from PicMe!Prints. Our standard processing and printing is typically 3-5 business days (non-holiday).
