Tvrtka Ducati komponenti d.o.o. bavi se proizvodnjom rotora, statora

i elektronike te proizvode uređaje za

punjenje električnih vozila.

U sklopu proizvodnog pogona,

tvrtka ima vlastiti logistički centar

površine 650 m2. Kontinuirano ulažu u proširenje

proizvodnih kapaciteta te su uložili već oko 50 milijuna kuna.

Tvrtka Ameropa nedavno je kupila

zemljište u Poduzetničkoj zoni

Ludbreg na kojem namjerava

izgraditi skladište za poljoprivredne proizvode kapaciteta 6000 tona

žitarica te sušare.

U tom proizvodnom pogonu obavljat

će prijem, manipulaciju i otpremu

žitarica, uljarica, umjetnih gnojiva i repromaterijala.

Planirana ukupna investicija je oko

12 milijuna kuna.

The company Ameropa has recently

bought land in the Business zone

Ludbreg where it intends to build a

warehouse for agricultural products capacity of 6,000 tons of cereals

and drying facilities.

In this production facility will

execute the receipt, handling and

shipping of grain, oil seeds, fertilizers and materials.

The planned total investment is

about 12 million.

Tvrtka Acg Lukaps d.o.o. vodeći je

proizvođač dvodijelnih tvrdih kapsula u

središnjoj Europi i glavni dobavljač za

vodeće farmaceutske tvrtke u Europi,

uključujući i Rusiju.

Planiraju do kraja 2016. godine izgraditi

novu tvornicu od 13.000 m², ukupne

vrijednosti oko 35 milijuna eura.

Osvojili su nagradu Annual Investment

Meeting za najbolji investicijski projekt u

Istočnoj Europi u 2015. godini.

ACG Lukaps is a leading manufacturer of

two-piece hard capsules in Central

Europe and a major supplier for leading

pharmaceutical companies in Europe

including Russia.

They plan is by the end of 2016. to build a new factory of 13.000 m², with a total

value of around 35 million euros.

They won the award Annual Investment

Meeting for the best investment project in

Eastern Europe in 2015.

Bomark grupa je najveći hrvatski

distributer i proizvođač ambalažnih

proizvoda te jedan od lidera u

proizvodnji stretch folije u

jugoistočnoj Europi. U Ludbregu se nalazi pogon za

proizvodnju stretch folije u koji je uloženo već oko 30 milijuna kuna.

Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća

usvojena Odluka o izmjenama i

dopunama Urbanističkog plana

uređenja Ludbreg.

City Council adopted a Decision on

amendments to the Urban

Development Plan Ludbreg.



Namjena lokacije je određena kao mješovita namjena za

smještaj različitih sadržaja kompatibilnih specifičnoj posebnoj

namjeni (vjerskoj).

Namjena N3 omogućuje planiranje i izgradnju i površine mješovite namjene (M) smještaj javnih i društvenih sadržaja te

poslovnih (trgovačkih, uslužnih i komunalno servisnih) i

pomoćnih infrastrukturnih (prometnih i komunalnih), međutim

koji su načinom korištenja kompatibilni osnovnoj posebnoj

namjeni (vjerska) i nadopunjavaju je (kao npr. dom za starije i

nemoćne, đački dom/sjemenište, vjerske i duhovne zajednice, terapijski centar, lječilište, razne uslužne djelatnosti;

intelektualne usluge, turističke, ugostiteljsko-turističke

djelatnosti, smještajni kapaciteti - hotel, javna parkirališta i

drugo slično posredno vezano uz specifičnu osnovnu posebnu

namjenu).

8.4. Structure of stores in Ludbreg

Na području Grada Ludbrega 2016. godine

otvoreno je 16 prodavaonica, od toga 4

supermarketa te 12 malih prodavaonica.

U odnosu na 2010. godinu broj supermarketa

se povećao za 50%, a broj malih prodavaonica

smanjio za 27,3%.

Prema istraživanju provedenom 2010. godine u

Ludbregu, najveći broj kupaca kupuje robu

svakodnevne potrošnje u supermarketima.
