Until then no construction is permissible even in the Regulated Areas of Centrally Protec ed Monuments. No construction activity of any type is permissiole in the Prohibi ed Areas of the Centrally Protected Monuments. Station if the construction· activity is not stopped by those1persons. Neces ary instructions may please be issued to the respective District Superintendents of Pol ce/ " Inspectors of Police in the l)nion Territory of Puducherryl for receiving s ch complaints and register case against those erring individual(s)/agencies for stop ing all construction activities in the prohibited and regulated areas of centrally prote ted monuments/ sites in the Union Territory of Puducherry.
